Shipping and Return Policies
We recommend that you read this document with special care, since by the mere fact of browsing our website or purchasing any of our products, you are fully accepting the terms and conditions mentioned below:
OBJECT
The purpose of this document is to establish the guidelines and procedures for shipments, exchanges and returns of our products.
1. SHIPPING POLICIES
VERSATILE TECHNOLOGY S.A.S., through the corresponding courier company, delivers to most of the municipalities of the Colombian territory.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times begin to count from the confirmation of the purchase, for cash on delivery, credit card and debit card/PSE payments, the payment platform, PayU must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which can take up to one business day. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation. Deliveries cannot be made on an exact schedule. The product may be received and inspected by any person of legal age who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature on the carrier's waybill will suffice; however, the person receiving the product must refrain from receiving it in the event that the packaging shows damage, breakage, opening or other similar, leaving the due notation or record of this fact.
In case of delays with the carrier or any fortuitous event or force majeure with the shipment, we will contact you, informing you about the delay and setting a new date for the shipment.
3. SHIPPING COST
The shipping of orders is free for most of the municipalities of Colombia for all payment methods including cash on delivery. The municipalities that have shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES:
1. NO-COST EXCHANGE POLICIES - TERMS:
Exchanges will be made for size difference in the same reference and will be subject to availability in inventory. Otherwise we will refund 100% of the money once we receive the product.
Two requirements are necessary to make the change:
1 - That the purchase of the product has not exceeded 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2 - That the product is sent to us in optimal quality conditions, without alterations or modifications, with original labels and the security seal unbroken.

3 - The most important thing is that within the requirements mentioned in point 2 you will pay NOTHING for the exchange process, ensuring that we will pick up the product and deliver the new one at the location of your choice because we are interested in your comfort.
NOTEYou should take into account that VERSATILE TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. will have a maximum term of 5 working days to carry out the exchange procedure, starting from the date of receipt of the garment.
2. RETURN POLICIES:
Returns will be made for right of withdrawal or factory defects according to the following terms:
The following requirements must be met in order to make the return:
- - That the purchase of the product has not exceeded 5 working days if it is for retraction or 30 calendar days if it is for manufacturing defects counted from the date of purchase.
- - If it is for right of withdrawal that the product is sent to us in optimum quality conditions, without alterations or modifications, with original labels and the security seal unbroken.
- - If it is due to manufacturing defects, when the return is made, our Quality area evaluates the case and determines the opinion for the acceptance of the claim.
If you meet the above requirements, you can carry out the return procedure through our website, taking into account the following steps:
- Step 1: You can file the return request by contacting the Customer Service area on our whatsapp line +57 (304) 273 1065, our online chat, or through our email address servicioalcliente@loom.com.coThe buyer must provide the invoice, order number, or indicate the buyer's identification number.
- Step 2: You must request the pick up of the garment to the carrier, or we will assign you a tracking number so that you can go to any point of our carrier and send it free of charge.
- Step 3: Deliver the product to the conveyor duly packed.
- Step 4: Once the product is received by us, we will inform you via email, if the refund is applicable or not, since we reserve the right to accept returns with prior analysis of the case by the Quality department.
- If your return does not proceed, we will return the product by the same means received to the address you have registered in the purchase process, applying the same times of a normal delivery.
- If the return proceeds, we will reimburse 100% of the purchase price, within a maximum of two (3) business days, which will be notified via email.
- NOTEYou should take into account that VERSATILE TECHNOLOGY S.A.S. will have a maximum term of 10 working days to carry out the return procedure, starting from the date of receipt of the garment.
